Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

 

Product Defects

1. All parcel will be packed in carton box. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive from courier, or you found the defect products after you open the parcel.

a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

b. We will do compensate within three (3) working days after further investigation.


2. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can return it to us, and we will send out the exact product to you within three (3) working days.
